New construction electrician in Palmer: local conditions matter

Electrical systems in the Upper Peninsula work harder than most. In Palmer and across Marquette County, long heating seasons mean furnaces, boilers, heat tape and block heaters run for months, and storms off the Great Lakes can take power down without warning. When we carry out new construction wiring here, we size and protect every circuit with those demands in mind.

Decisions worth making before drywall

It costs very little to add things while walls are open, and a great deal later. During the walkthrough we ask about furniture placement, televisions, exterior and holiday lighting, a future EV charger, a generator and whether a basement will be finished. A few extra boxes and a conduit to the garage at rough-in can save thousands down the road. Builders in Palmer appreciate that we turn up on the day we said we would.
