New construction electrician in Oxford: local conditions matter
Summer storms and winter ice both cause outages and surges across Southeast Michigan. Customers in Oxford often call us after one of those events has exposed a weak point. Our electricians serving Oakland County approach new construction wiring with reliability and protection in mind.
Decisions worth making before drywall
It costs very little to add things while walls are open, and a great deal later. During the walkthrough we ask about furniture placement, televisions, exterior and holiday lighting, a future EV charger, a generator and whether a basement will be finished. A few extra boxes and a conduit to the garage at rough-in can save thousands down the road. Builders in Oxford appreciate that we turn up on the day we said we would.
